 are barriers holding you back

from living the life you envision?

You look around and others seem satisfied and even happy with their lives. People are smiling, laughing, appear content, and seem to be living rich lives. You desire that same quality of life - happiness and fulfillment. Yet, you are frustrated; you try to fit in, but you sense that you don't. You feel like an outsider. You often feel on edge and you can't seem to relax. It's difficult to be "in the present moment." You are tense and you catch yourself clenching your jaws. You constantly worry. You catch yourself looking over your shoulder. Your muscles are tight. You are easily irritated. You don't believe you can trust others. You feel that you are "different" and you wonder why don't fit in. You want your life to be better, but you don't know where to start.

I understand your struggle

Years ago, I went to my doctor with complaints of a racing heart and a few other physical ailments. My doctor told me I was having panic attacks and diagnosed me with General Anxiety Disorder. Though I had struggled for years with worry, I didn't know that what I was experiencing was actually anxiety and panic. The more I learned about anxiety, the more I began to see how anxiety defined me and my life! I worried about everything. Sometimes, I worried about worrying! Looking back, I even wonder if I was born with anxiety!

Through counseling and various interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) I am now empowered over my life and anxiety no longer constrains me from living the life I envision. I am now able to live more fully, seizing life's opportunities. Now, my passion is to help you move beyond the barriers that are limiting you. Using the same tools (CBT and EMDR), as well as some new ones, and through education and coaching, my goal is to empower you to start living the life you envision. If this is your goal, I would love to work with you. Schedule a free consultation, today.
